lyrics

bumble bees were humming my thoughts,
swallows were painting the blue sky,
i didn´t ask them why

moon was jumping over the cow,
beetle bugs were singing meow,
i didn´t ask them how

but when i heard the nightingale,
delighting in my forest,
mushrooms, berries, moonflowers
i poured into my chalice
when i heard the nightingale,
i knew, she was calling me

fireflies were jumping left, right
dancing to the cicadas hollow cries,
i didn´t ask them why

owls were hooting at the night,
oriols were crying the end,
i didn´t ask them when

but when i heard the nightingale,
lamenting in my palace,
hemlock, nightshade, bleeding hearts,
i poured into my chalice,
when i heard the nightingale,
i knew she was calling me

about

The Sunmoth Giessen, Germany

The Nymph only could repeat, the Beloved were transfixed on their reflection. Quite tragic really - quite funny, too.
Krautrock, Americana - who cares: all of it is music.
